Curry Corned Beef and Rice with sweetcorn

Today I made dinner, curry corned beef and rice with sweetcorn. I remember mum would make it sometimes when I was a little younger so I gave it a little go, first of all mum wouldn't tell me how to make it so I googled it and when I said "add water to curry power" mum was like "wtf, I don't do that" lol so I sort of just done it how I wanted to from there.

I used boil in the bag rice...

You will need:

  • Rice (any brand)
  • Sweetcorn (any brand)
  • Curry power (any brand, any spice level)

BEFORE YOU START WITH CORNED BEEF START TO COOK THE RICE...

 4) Cut off fat (optional)
 5) Add water to curry powder, about 2 tablespoons (optional, read next if you do not want to mix curry like this)
