Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint in Blueberry

In my awesome goodiebag from Ax Paris I got the Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint in Blueberry. There are 12 other shades. It is a beautiful shade so I wanted to try it out asap! I've always been a fan of Barry M. I use the eye liner daily and I've loved the eye shadows for as long as I can remember.
Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint Blueberry provides an extra glossy finish. Featuring a highly pigmented, chip resistant formula designed to give an extra glossy, gel-like finish with a single coat. Available in an array of shades to guarantee all year round shine. Named after fruit, these delicious shades look good enough to eat. Always use a basecoat before applying any coloured Nail Paint.

I'll be honest with the first application I had to use a nail varnish to take it back off, I just didn't like it. It looked watery and patchy so I tried again on a different nail and it come out a little better. As you can see from the picture(s) above the first coat is pretty good but it isn't opaque enough and it is a little patch, the 2nd coat is perfect. It is the right opaqueness and perfect shine and consistency. The 3rd coat is a little too much so I'd say it is perfect being a 2 coat varnish. It is incredibly shiny and looks BEAUTIFUL in the sun, it is more than perfect for Spring/Summer or even as a pick me up in the winter. It is pretty quick with drying and you don't need a top coat to give it that extra shine.

- glossy finish for a day*
- Beautiful shade
- 3 days without chipping
  - Quick drying

*Unfortunately the glossiness only lasted a day for me, maybe even less.
