AX Paris - #AXPARTY Blogger event

I'd like to start with a massive thank you to both EtailPR & AX Paris for having me at another event of theirs. It was an invite only event and I was so excited to even be thought about. I honestly thought nothing could top AXCircus but AX Paris pulled it out the bag again with burlesque dancers and a wonderful 1920s theme.
Again I was starstruck in a room filled with amazing bloggers, who to me are celebrities in their own right. Some of these ladies are my inspiration while blogging and it was amazing to meet so many amazing people, even the staff were lovely and made us feel 'at home' It is such a small world that when leaving I met a blogger who lives not even 5 minutes away from me! We got the same bus home, it's funny because at the last event I met someone else who lives near me.
The night didn't start off amazingly, Phyllis & I got stuck in some traffic on the way there at Tower Bridge which meant we had to get off the bus early to save time and walked, we got a lost but arrived little after 19:00 (fashionably late) and was greeted by some lovely doormen, who worked for the club (Proud Cabaret) he instantly had us smiling before we had even got in the door. I was totally amazed the the venue, it was even more stylish and lavish than I could have ever thought, from the lighting to the beautiful booths. We got our free cocktails and had our picture taken by a professional photographer, we then walked around to figure everything out, I spotted the pick 'n' mix and was instantly besotted.

The night started with our host for the night, I can't remember his name (if he did give us it) he was hilarious, keeping the crowd going at all times and even interacting with us, then we had a beautiful belly dancer who has the most amazing back tattoos, I am sure most people was watching her dance I was mesmerised by her tattoos. We then had a burlesque dancer. It was my first time being in a burlesque club and I wasn't really sure what to expect. I really enjoyed it but I'm not sure if it is something I'd go and do again. There were loads of free cocktails and food going around. From mini burgers to chocolate brownies. I think I had a few too many cocktails if I am honest.

About halfway through the night AX Paris showcased their new A/W collection and Christmas TV advert (which will be going live very soon), it was hosted by the beautiful Jade Thompson (winner of Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model Cycle 7 and AX Paris model), unfortunately I didn't get any decent pictures *sobs* as the flash on my camera stopped working (I need a new camera) but all I can say is I can't wait for the curve collection to come out and I now know where my student loan will be going! haha I can't believe how beautiful Jade is, she is a natural beauty on TV/Online but to meet her in real life, she is even more stunning! I was too shy to ask but Phyllis wasn't she got a quick snap while we waited in line for the 5th time at the photobooth.

Cheeky preview of their new collection

My favourite dress, would be perfect for a night out & a day at the office!

I'll be writing a post in the next few days about my goodiebag then review the items between now and Christmas.
