Diet diet diet

Same thing as last year, I'm on an Ibiza diet. The no pizza before Ibiza! I am finding it really hard to cut down on my carbs. I can give up chocolate, sweets and all the junk food but I like my carbs. I've lost a bit already and I have 110 days to keep it going. I have three tops that fit me but would look nicer if I lost about a stone- 1.5 stones. I'll be honest I'd love to lose 43lbs but that seems like forever away! I need tips. If anyone can help me with tips on getting over the cravings. PLEASE do tweet me!

  1. I'm rubbish at dieting....I like food too I've heard drinking a lot of water when you think your hungry helps...Fills your stomach up so you feel full!! Good luck! x
