Broken creepers!

Yet again New Look have upset me! I got my creepers on the 8th for the Ax Paris event (post) and I've worn them 4 times (one was the event) and yesterday I saw two of the studs have fallen off. Don't get me wrong two studs isn't many when there is like 20+ on each shoe but it's the principle! How can I have them less than a month and already they are falling apart and I can feel 3 other studs that are ready to fall off. I'm upset, yes they may have cost £15 but £15 is two hours pay for me! I don't have the receipt but I contacted them on Twitter.. Maybe I can show my credit card statement and they can exchange them for me. I don't want broken creepers
