It's been a long, boring week for me filled with assignments, illness and cold weather but I am super excited today as I have total shoe porn for you this morning!

On Wednesday I got home from a stressful day at university to these beautiful Itzel Retro Look Metallic Strap Court Shoes* from Online Avenue! I was like a child at Christmas and couldn't wait to get them out of the box and when I did I fell in love with them! Online Avenue actually made my day.
I'm always worried about heels as I'm more of a flats, trainers and wedges type of girl and with anything over 4" I tend to feel like a giant but other than the fact I could really do with a size bigger for comfort these are pretty easy to walk in and they are all round perfection.
I actually love that these heels are so diverse, I just had to try them on and take pictures the second I got them, I was wearing jeans at the time, I couldn't believe they styled so nicely with the jeans! Of course these are more going out than everyday heels but they can be styled with pretty much anything! They'd look amazing with a LBD or a cute dress but if you're going on a date or just wanting to feel sexy these are the go-to shoes!

As
you can see the left shoe doesn't completely zip up but this is due to
the fact my left ankle is a little bigger than my right, it doesn't make
much off a difference and I still have the ankle support with the
strap, it's more unsightly than anything. If I try hard enough I can zip it up but it hurts after a few minutes so I'd rather have it look like that and have comfort, I'm sure if I had a size 7 I wouldn't have this issue.

- Zip on left foot wouldn't go up, but I have one ankle bigger than the other
- Although they're easy to walk in I feel they're too high for me at 6.5" (I'm sure I'll get used to them though)
- That I can't wear them everywhere I go and while I sleep! :'(

These are probably the most amazing shoes i've seen in ages, but there is no way I could walk or even stand in a heel this big! :( x

ReplyDeleteI love the entire look of the shoe! It is a bit high for me too though, as the max. I'll wear when it comes to heels is 4". Even then, I can't walk for very long with them on. I've just always been a wuss when it comes to the pain of wearing heels, which is why I love kitten heels and wedges the most. You totally rock this pair though <3
