Mushrooms on toast

You need: Mushrooms (I used two) Toasts (I used 2) Butter (I used a teaspoon full) Mixed Herbs (I used a pinch)

1) Put a pan on the hob I used heat 4 // slice mushrooms
2) Put a teaspoon full of butter into the pan and leave to melt
3) Put mushrooms into pan and add a pinch of mixed herbs
4) Put lid on the pan leaving a small gap (leave for 2 mins)
5) Take lid off and stir // put lid back on (leave for 3 mins)
6) Stir the mushrooms and leave till they browned // stick toast on
7) Butter your toast and put your mushrooms on top
8) ENJOY! :D
