Fitness Challenge: 2

I found two 30 day April fitness challenges on Google last week and I can't wait to try them out.

As you can see above there are 30 daily challenges that increase in difficulty each day. I'll be doing an update on the 1st May with a before and after picture along with how the challenges went for me. Normally challenges have a few rest days, these ones don't which I think may be a bit of an issue for me. 
I feel tired already, just thinking about it.
