Interview Week: Day 6 - She Might Be Loved

Day six of interview week and I'd like to introduce 'She Might Be Loved'.

Georgina is 20 years old from Sheffield, England and blogs at ‘She Might Be Loved'

Questions

1. Tell us a little about yourself, what do you enjoy about life?
I'm a Social Media Manager and Full Time Blogger who loves her job and all things beauty and fashion! I love nothing more than dressing up and playing with makeup, before coming home to type up about my new favourite find. I have found my absolute passion!

2. Why did you choose your blog name?
I love Maroon 5's song, She WILL Be Loved, but when I started my blog, I wasn't a very happy person. I would say I was definitely a pessimist, so I thought it would be funny to have 'might'. It has a much deeper meaning now as I'm finally happy in myself and feeling very loved.

3. How long have you been blogging and why did you start?
Almost 2 years now and what a journey! I started as an escapism, for fun and for somewhere to write my thoughts. I never expected it to become one of my jobs.

4. What is your blog niche or what topics do you cover and why?
Mainly Plus Size Fashion and Beauty, but I do cover Travel, Food, Lifestyle, I like to cover anything that I want to write about. By doing so it means I've created a very wide audience and constantly keep people guessing about the topic of my next post!

5. What do you find most challenging about blogging about your topic?
As silly as it sounds, I want to be as current as possible but it's hard to have a quick turnaround with posts when you're working on so many at the same time, in all different topics.

6. What would your advice be to newbie bloggers?
Just have fun with it! The second you start thinking about stats is when people can really tell. It's so obvious that some bloggers are simply in it to be the next Zoella, and not because they genuinely love it.

7. What do you love most about where you live?
I'm close to Meadowhall and the centre which means shopping is incredibly easy and fun.

8. Three beauty items you can’t live without
MAC Studio Fix, MAC Diva and Max Factor False Lash effect. I change most of my products constantly, but my essential makeup pieces stay the same.

9. How do you keep coming up with content for your blog?
As my blog is now actually my one of my jobs, I'm fortunate enough to never struggle for posts due to working with companies across the Globe. It's incredibly exciting and keeps me very busy and engaged, but I do have to struggle to get in a post that I just really want to write for myself, rather than it being a brand collaboration.

10. What is your favourite and least favourite post that you've done and why?
This is such a hard decision! I never put a post out unless I absolutely love it and I'm 100% happy with it! My favourite is probably Ursula, as she went a little viral and I adore theatrical makeup.
Least favourite for the reason that it was hard to write and I did get a lot of backlash from it, would be my thoughts on the 'fat argument'

11. Have you got anything to say to new potential readers?
If you do head over, I hope you enjoy my sarcasm filled posts and get involved with the topics! I always love hearing from people and their thoughts on my posts so never be shy!
